New Delhi: A recently concluded survey at 807 people includes learners, students, guardians, and career counselors, across 12 cities in India between January and June reflected a surprising trend about students who intend to study abroad now preferring specialized courses over choosing an international university. As per the survey, these students are sidelining the prospect of a university’s reputation when making the right choice.
During the survey, it comes out that students are willing to pursue the courses which steadily gaining importance in unconventional study locations like Spain, Netherland, Ireland, and Turkey. They are pretty keen to learn Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, and Cybersecurity at these destinations because the competition and expenses will be much lower than usual locations.
Nearly 45 percent of the students have prioritized in the study “Education Overseas- An Evolving Journey to be “self-dependent” and “opportunities” to live their life on their own terms as a motivation to obtain quality international learning opportunities.
Around 64 percent of students, according to the study commissioned by western union, opt to study in those nations and universities which do not mandate the entrance examination for foreign learners. These students have prioritized exploring other cultures of unconventional countries to get standard education and better job opportunity.
