AILET 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Any applicant who has passed 10 + 2 or similar tests in the aggregate of not less than 50 percent of marks is entitled to qualify for the AILET 2021 Exam.
  • AILET 2021 Age Cap: AILET 2021 Test does not have an upper age limit to apply for.
  • LLM Academic qualification: Applicants from an accredited institution must hold an LLB or comparable law degree.
  • Minimum points: in the qualifying test, candidates must have earned 55 percentage points (50 percent for the reserved category).
  • Appearing Applicants: Applicants are also qualified to appear for the LLB final year test.
