What is APICET 2021 Exam? How Students can apply for this exam? 

AP ICET 2021 is a common entrance test at the state level. The conducting authority of this test is Shri Venkateswara University. This university conducts ICET on behalf of APSCHE. This exam focuses on offering entries for many MCA and MBA courses. The authority will provide these courses in the colleges of the state.

ANDHRA PRADESH INTEGRATED COMMON ENTRANCE TEST (APICET) 2021: Sri Venkateswara University on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) conducts, the Integrated Common Entrance Test (ICET). The AP ICET is hosted annually for entry of eligible aspirants into M.B.A., M.C.Courses, and 2nd-year lateral entry M.C.A seat in the State. The AP ICET gets conducted in two different sessions.

Interested aspirants can apply for the exam by visiting the official website www.sche.ap.gov.in/icetOnly aspirants eligible for the ICET will get considered for entry. Any aspirant found ineligible anytime during the entry process will immediately be disqualified and his/her candidature will be forfeited.

Application fee:

  • The registration fee for ICET-2021 will be Rs.550 for all categories.
  • In case of a late application, the fee will be Rs.2000+550.
  • Candidates will pay the application fee in the online mode.

APICET 2021 Exam Eligibility Criteria:

  • The aspirants applying for the AP ICET 2021 must be of Indian Nationality.
  • Aspirants are mandated to satisfy the local/non-local status requirements laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions.
  • Aspirants must have passed a 3-year degree in any discipline or equivalent to be eligible to appear for the exam.
  • For entry in the M.B.A. course, aspirants required to have passed a 3-year degree or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate with Mathematics as a primary subject in the 10th standard.
  • For entry in the M.C.A course, aspirants must have passed a 3-year degree or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate and Mathematics as a major subject at the Intermediate level.
  • And For 2nd-year Lateral Entry in M.C.A course, aspirants must have a B.C.A or I.T. or C.S. degree with at least 50% aggregate and Mathematics as a major subject at 10+2 level.

APICET 2021 Exam Pattern:

The exam pattern for AP ICET-2021 is as follows:

  • This test will be an online computer-based entrance test.
  • All the questions will be in MCQ format, and the total number of questions will be 200; also, the full marks will be 200.
  • Two hundred marks for 200 questions means marks distribution is equal; hence one mark for one question.
  • The question paper of AP ICET-2021 will be in the languages of Telugu and English.
  • AP ICET-2021 paper will contain three sections of the question paper: these three sections are Mathematical Ability, Analytical Ability, and Communication Ability; 75 marks will be for the first two sections and 50 marks for the latter one.
  • There are going to be no negative marks.
  • A total of 150 minutes will be the AP ICET-2021 question paper solving duration.

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test  2021 Exam  Pattern:

  • The AP ICET 2021 will be conducted online based on Computer.
  • The mode of the exam will be English and Telugu for Sections A and B, and only English for Section C.
  • The question paper will comprise 200 questions based on Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • The question paper will get divided into three sections: Analytical Ability with 75 questions, Mathematical Ability with 75 marks, and Communication Ability with 50 queries.
  • Every correct answer will get awarded with one mark, and there is no negative marking for any incorrect answer.
  • The total duration for the exam will 2 hours, 30 minutes, or 150 minutes.

APICET 2021 Exam Application Form:

The Application Form for AP ICET 2021 will be released online at the official website www.sche.ap.gov.in.

Aspirants are mandated to check the eligibility criteria before submitting the Application Form carefully.

The aspirants also have to remit a payment INR 550/- through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card. Once the payment made, no refund gets entertained. If any aspirant is found ineligible during the entry process, his/her candidature will be forfeited.

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test Admit Card:

Only those aspirants who have filled in and submit their Application form along with the Application Fee within the stipulated time will be issued an Admit Card. The aspirants can download their Admit Card from the official portal by feeding in their login credentials.

It is mandatory for all the aspirants appearing for the AP ICET 2021 to bring along their Admit Card positively on the day of the exam. NO aspirants will get permitted inside the exam hall without presenting the Admit Card/Hall Ticket.
