RDWU Admission 2021-22. Rama Devi Women’s University was established in 2015 by Govt of Odisha. RDWU replaced Rama Devi Women’s college that was amongst the oldest colleges of Odisha. It is the first women’s university in Odisha state.

Rama Devi Women’s University Admission 2021-22 UG & PG Courses
Rama Devi Women’s University was formed in 2015 at Bhubaneswar, Orissa. It is a state university and has affiliations of UGC and NAAC.
Rama Devi Women’s University offers education in the field of Arts, Education, and Science at levels UG, PG, and Ph.D. The admission is based on the merit of the previous study score record. For UG program admissions the score of 10+2 is considered, and for selection in postgraduate courses, the university considers the marks of graduation.
UG course
- BA (Hons): Aspirant must have XII class education completed, and admission is merit-based.
- BSc(Hons): Qualification needed is 10+2 education. The selections are merit-based
- B.Com (Hons): The 10+2 education passed is eligibility and admission granted on the score of HSSC (10+2).
PG Course
- MA: The eligibility for this course is Bachelor’s degree completed in the Arts stream. However, admissions are merit-based and dependent on the score in BA.
- MSc: Graduation in any science stream is eligibility and admission is based on merit.
- M.Com: The Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com) is the eligibility and selection based on the score of B.Com.
- MPhil: Eligibility is a Master’s in a related field and admissions based on the merit of a Master’s degree score.
- B.Ed: The graduation in any stream makes a candidate eligible for this course. The admissions are merit-based.

Rama Devi Women’s University UG Admission Process
RDWU offers the following UG courses:
BA (Hons) Any applicant who has scored 45% marks in HSC can apply for this course. RDWU will select the students based on their marks in the last degree.
BSc. (Hons) The applicants who want to apply for BSc. must have passed HSC with science subjects. The least required marks are 45%. Only shortlisted students will be selected for this course.
B.Com There are 192 seats for this course. Anyone having an HSC degree with 45% marks is eligible to apply.
RDWU PG Admission Process 2021-22
The eligibility criteria for PG programs are discussed below:
MA The applicants must have passed BA (Hons) in the relevant stream with at least 50% marks. RDWU will select the applicants by evaluating their marks in bachelor’s degrees, entrance exams, and interviews.
MSc. Any students who have done BSc.(Hons) with 50% can apply. There are only 32 seats for this program. RDWU will shortlist the students based on their marks in the last degree and entrance test. Only a few students will be invited for Viva-voce.
M.Com The applicants must have a B.Com degree with at least 45% marks. The university has allocated 48 seats for this course.
M.Phil. There are only 4 or 5 seats for each subject. The applicants must have a master’s degree with at least 55% marks. SC/ST categories will have 5% marks relaxation.
