New Delhi: The BS-Ms dual degree programme admission seat allotment results has been announced by the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs). The result has been announced for admission in the programme through the state & central board (SCB) and Kishore Vaigyanik Protasahan Yojana (KYPY).
Appeared candidates may check the allotment list by visiting the official web link (http://www.iiseradmission.in/). The channel called SCB is for the aspirants who have applied for IISER admission after successfully qualified the IAT (IISER Aptitude Test) 2021. KVPY channel belongs to those who were able to qualify for the KVPY aptitude test.
To find a slot in IISER, students can also choose the joint entrance examination (JEE Advanced), and those who qualified for the JEE Advanced test 2021 and in the first 15,000 ranks can apply for admission before November 3 2021.
In a press release, the officials stated, “While focusing on the current situation that is full of uncertainty when it is about board examinations; we have decided that the eligibility criteria for obtaining admission to IISERc in 2021 will be at 60 per cent in aggregate or equivalent grade for general/obc/obc-ncl and for sc/st/PWD, it will be 55 per cent in class 12th, or equivalent examination for students belong to science stream from recognized board in India.
Those who have been selected in the first round will have to pay the seat allocation fee, and if Someone has not succeeded to enter the selected first round, they will not need to worry as upcoming rounds may hold their name in the list. The last date for the SCB channel is October 31, and the KYPY deadline is scheduled to close on October 30.
