UTU has opened eight institutes and more than 130 affiliated colleges. Uttarakhand Technical University Admission UG & PG Eligibility

UG Course

Uttarakhand Technical University Admission offers the following UG programs:

• B.Tech: The students must have an HSC degree in PCM with at least 50% marks. UTU will accept only JEE Main entrance exam.
• B.Pharm: The applicants must have done HSC in PCM with a min of 60% marks. UTU will accept only the UKSEE entrance exam for this course.
• BHMCT: The students should have passed HSC with 55% marks. They must have studied English as a compulsory subject. The acceptable entrance test is the UKSEE entrance test.
• B.Arch: Those who have studied maths at the HSC level with a min of 55% marks are eligible for this program.
• BSc: The students who have studied PCM or PCB in HSC are eligible for this program. They need to have 50% marks in the qualifying degree.
• BA-LLB: An HSC degree in science stream with at least 50% marks is required for being eligible. UTU will select the students based on prints in the last degree.

PG Course

Uttarakhand Technical University Admission is offering the following PG programs:

• LLM: The aspirants must have an LLB degree with a min of 50% marks. It is a merit-based program.
• M.Tech: A B.tech degree with 60% marks is required for this program. They have to appear in GATE or UKSEE entrance exam.
• M.Pharm: Those who have a B.Pharm degree with 55% marks can apply. They have to pass the GPAT or UKSEE entrance exam with good marks.
• MCA: The students for this course should have a BBA, BCA, or B.Tech degree with at least 60% marks. The acceptable entrance exam is UKSEE for this program.
• MBA: The applicants must have a BBA degree with a min of 60% marks. UKSEE entrance exam is required for this program.
• Ph.D.: The students should have a master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 60% marks. UTU will arrange an entrance exam and interview for these applicants.

Admission is done to this university based on the marks in the university entrance examination and application form Candidates can apply both online process mode and offline mode.

• Use neat handwriting and block letters to fill your form.
• All documents should be attached to the original record.
• Make a DD in favor of UTU and post your form.

Online Process  

• The first step of form submission is to visit the website of UTU.
• Click on the online application form and fill it out with the details asked.
• Make an online payment fee of INR 500 by using online money transfer methods.
• Upload scanned documents, including pictures and signatures.
• Submit your form.
