Chief Minister of Meghalaya Conrad Sangma held a meeting with Educational Minister to discuss the issue faced by the states’ students and by observing the actual reasons Educational Ministers Agreed on Exempting CUET 2022 for only this year.
Reason To Exempt CUET 2022 :
CUET 2022 Entrance Examination Registration is ongoing for all the UG Admission, in such a scenario Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has granted the exemption from CUET Entrance to the Meghalaya Colleges only for this year due to the climatic reason and less connectivity and digital assessment available in the state.
Recently, on 6th May 2022, the registration dates got extended till 22nd May 2022. There are conflicts related to the CUET Entrance in South State and they have not accepted the entrance test for the graduation degree admissions.
