Narendra Modi gave a presentation on how the Union Budget announcements for 2022 will have a ‘positive effect’ on the education sector today at a seminar organized by the Ministry of Education and Skill Development.
The Prime Minister stressed that the youth are the country’s future leaders. The empowerment of today’s youth is an investment in the future of India.
PM Modi said that implementation of the New Education Policy will be crucial in the budget for 2022-23. Education must be universal, followed by skill development, and then urban planning must be considered. AVGC stands for Animation Visual Effects Gaming Comic.
PM Modi: “This budget will support the National Education Policy. National Digital University is a first. The seat shortage issue can be resolved. There will be no limit. I urge all stakeholders to speed up the introduction of digital university.”
Youth will greatly benefit from these educational infrastructures. In India’s socioeconomic system, this is an effort to better educate all, not just rural poor, Dalits, backwards, or tribals.

Additionally, PM Modi stated that continuous efforts are being undertaken to eliminate the digital divide through education in sign language. According to the Prime Minister, India’s digital divide is rapidly narrowing due to digital connectivity keeping our education system alive during the worldwide epidemic.
Modi stated that innovation is essential to ensuring inclusion.

The Prime Minister of Canada stated on International Mother Language Day that there is a correlation between mother language education and mental development. Today, many states provide medical and technical education in local languages.
In its webinar Digital University , the Ministry of Education plans to examine the most effective means by which to implement the Union Budget announcements.
A number of speakers will be participating in the webinar to offer presentations on relevant topics, including ministers, state authorities, industry leaders, skill development organizations, educators, students, and other experts.
It will include topics such as developing educational institutions in GIFT City, strengthening industry-skills linkages in AVGC, and expanding the reach of One Class One Channel.
Seven parallel segments will be presented in the webinar. Each participant will be asked to develop action plans, general strategies, and timetables for the implementation of the upcoming budget.
